Which sites can I download from?

Public videos from YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo, Facebook, Reddit, Twitch and many more. Private, deleted or age-restricted content can't be downloaded.

Can I get only the audio?

Yes. Ask for MP3, M4A or WAV and only the audio track is downloaded.

Is it safe to add my API key to Cursor?

Your key only gives access to your own VideoResolver account. Create one key per tool and revoke it from your account whenever you want.

Do I need to install anything?

No. VideoResolver is a hosted MCP server: you only add its URL and your key to your tool's configuration.
